Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms govern use of WDMF Hub at wdmfhub.com and its creator and client portals. WDMF Ι.Κ.Ε. is located at Tatoiou 56, Kifisia, 14561, Greece. Contact the team at we@viralpassion.gr with “WDMF Hub” in the subject.
1. Service and access
The Hub supports creator discovery, campaign briefs and assignments, content delivery, review and approval, and payment administration. Team accounts and campaign portals require authorised access. These terms do not create an entitlement to an account, a campaign assignment, employment, payment or access to a third-party API.
Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement or have the required permission from your legal representative. If acting for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so. Keep account details, invitation links and verification codes confidential, and promptly report suspected misuse.
2. Campaign agreements and payments
Your separate agreement with the company commissioning a campaign governs deliverables, fees, deadlines, invoicing, usage rights and cancellation. These platform terms do not replace that agreement. Provide accurate payment and invoice details. Payment status in the Hub records administration of a payment; the Hub is not a bank or payment institution and does not guarantee settlement by a third party.
3. Content and permissions
You retain rights in your content except as separately agreed. By uploading material, you permit the hosting, storage, display and processing reasonably needed to deliver the relevant campaign and make it available to its authorised participants and supporting service providers. Public use, advertising rights, licensing duration and any exclusivity must follow the campaign agreement and applicable permissions.
You must have the necessary rights to footage, music, images, trademarks and any people appearing in the material. Obtain required permissions and make applicable commercial-content disclosures. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful material, or disclose personal information without a lawful basis.
4. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another person, share credentials, access other campaigns without authorisation, bypass security or platform restrictions, upload malware, interfere with the service, or use information for unauthorised solicitation. Do not generate fake engagement or make misleading claims about campaign performance. Users remain responsible for reviewing material and AI-assisted drafts before relying on or publishing them.
5. TikTok and other third-party services
Use of TikTok remains subject to its Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and applicable commercial-content, music and developer rules. A Hub account or campaign approval does not grant TikTok API access, music rights, advertising permission or approval to publish.
TikTok connection, publishing, advertising, Shop and LIVE capabilities are available only if separately implemented, approved where required, and expressly enabled for your use. They are not supplied merely by these terms. Any future publishing workflow must obtain the relevant account holder’s authorisation and respect platform privacy settings, content controls and disclosure requirements.
Do not use an integration to circumvent an audit, permission limit, account restriction or platform enforcement. Third-party services control their availability and may change or withdraw their APIs. We do not promise TikTok app approval, uninterrupted access, reach, engagement or commercial results.
6. Privacy and confidential information
The Privacy Policy explains how the Hub handles information and how to request access or deletion. Only access, use or share campaign information for authorised purposes. Do not disclose confidential briefs, unpublished content, personal details or commercial terms beyond authorised recipients. Connecting an external assistant requires authority to share the information retrieved through it.
7. Availability and suspension
We may maintain or update the service and restrict access reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful use, breach of these terms or the end of a collaboration. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact the team. Access termination does not remove existing payment obligations, separately agreed licences or statutory rights.
8. Responsibility and applicable law
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law and any campaign agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Greek law applies, without depriving you of mandatory protections applicable in your country. Disputes are subject to the courts competent under applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
Revised terms will be published here with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately before they apply. Questions, access concerns, content complaints and requests to end use of the service can be sent to we@viralpassion.gr.
